DRY EYE

Ocular Surface Disease can be treated by medication, nutrition, and/or other procedures Diagnostic testing will determine if your eyes do not produce enough tears or if your tears lack the proper chemical composition.  After all of the tests, we will design a therapy program to help alleviate the symptoms of dry eye. 

COMPUTER VISION

If you work on a computer, you may need to protect your vision from harmful effects of "COmputer Vision Syndrome".  A free brochure "Computers and you Vision" is available fronm our office. 

EYE ALLERGY TREATMENT

Allergic eyes are a medical condition affecting more than 70% of the DFW-area allergy patients.  Oral medications do not alleviate eye allergies.  We can prescribe medications that will help control your allergy problems. 

 






CONTACT LENS

We prescribe every kind of contact lens:  disposbale, yearly, single vision, astigmatism lens, bifocals, and monovision lens.   After your contact lens exam, you will receive a trail pair of lenses on your prescription.  Dr.  Brown and many of his staff members, wear contact lens and have successfully fit thousands of patients. 

EYE DISEASES

The internal structure of your eyes (Blood vessel, optic nerve, retina, iris, and lens) are examined for any signs of cataracts, glaucoma, or other eye diseases.  Systemic disease, such as and high blood pressure can also affect the eye.  Digital Retinal Photography is available.  Dr.  Brown is licensed to diagnos and treat many ocular diseases with medication and/or other medical procedures
